Hello. I just wanted to send an email because your customer care has always been so helpful and as a business owner I know you probably don't get as much positive feedback as you deserve. I had my car broken into a couple of nights ago and my golf guru was stolen among other things. All of my other items were found a couple of streets over from my house but not my guru. A day after all of my other things were found someone found my guru in their yard. I was happy but frustrated when I went to turn it on and nothing happened. After all it had been 3 days of storms and the guru was half in a puddle and it looked as if it had gone through world war 3. Out of curiosity I plugged it in to a charger and to my surprise it fired right up. I was just able to play with it yesterday and it worked great. Looks like my battery life has taken a hit and I will never get back my case that was stolen but I could not be happier with the performance of my guru and this is just another example of the durability of your great product. I have had 8 people buy guru's off of my recommendation and will continue to recommend to everyone. Thanks.

I did a lot of on-line "research" on golf GPSs and found that Golf Guru came up consistently as the best for prompt helpful service, something that seems to be very lacking with other companies. That and no annual fee convinced me to buy your G002.

I've had a few questions and needed two courses mapped, as well as two re-mapped, and each time I've contacted Golf Guru everything has been promptly and professionally handled.

I just wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to all of the Golf Guru staff. I have had a Guru for about 9 months and as great as I think the product is, I believe the service is better. I've probably overused my course requests and the people couldn't be nicer. Every question has been answered quickly and friendly. I just want to let everyone know, I appreciate it very much.

I am in Killeen TX and ordered it one day and got it the next. It was an ease to download courses and once I got to the course the Guru was awesome. I can't say enough about it. Thanks for a great product.It totally took out the guess work.

I have yet to receive my golf Guru color Gps since I just ordered it on Thursday. But since my home course had not yet been mapped I thought I would put in a request. I was pleasantly surprised that you have already mapped it!!!! You guys are for real....I hope that you realize that the customery truly appreciates attention to detail. A quick note to say a hearty THANK YOU! I did a lot of reading/researching as to which golf gps I felt would meet my needs. As you know, there are LOTS to choose from. After weeks of reading reviews/comments/features, I selected the Golf Guru. The main reason...customer service! I read lots of comments on the quick and courteous service you provide as a super bonus to the Guru. Since I purchased the Guru (haven't had opportunity to try it out full round - today's high in Kansas was 13F), I made a couple phone calls before the purchase, two since, along with a couple of emails with questions. Each time, I could only think of the reason I selected the Guru, the testimonials of support and customer service!!!! Nothing short of outstanding. Everything I read was a hole in one. Thank you for the service and I just downloaded the new course (not previously on your list) here in Topeka, KS. Thanks, thanks, thanks...Charlie

This is not a question but a tribute to your product. I just used my Guru for the first time in Florida last week and was very pleased with the results. No more looking for yardage markings. My friend had a sky caddie, but couldn't figure out how to use it and when he did he couldn't get a view of the green. So, he used my Guru. Great product and very easy to use and work through the screens. I really enjoyed showing it off. Thanks.

I just wanted to tell you good job. I just got my golf guru this week and requested a couple of courses and they are already there..great. And also I talked to someone (i forgot his name) in support before I bought the guru and actually he convinced me to buy this unit. Not because he tried to sell it, but because he answered all my questions. So I figured with good customer service i couldn't go wrong. I haven't had the chance to use it yet but I'm looking forward to it. And I also told another lady at work about it and I think she is going to buy one for her husband. Keep up the good work.

My thanks again for such a fine product. I love mine. Also just a quick story to share. Yesterday I witnessed my first hole in one. In fact the group I was playing with had a combined 60 years in golf and it was the first any of us had seen in person. The thing that I pointed out to the golfer that hit it was that he asked me a second time what the yardage was according to the guru because he did not hear me annouce it the first time. Thanks

Just wanted to say that my unit arrived in time for my tournament this weekend. Downloading the course and using the unit was even easier than I thought. The yardages were bang on (I paced off a number of the readings to verify)! I also found the unit was very helpful, as it saved me the time from both searching and pacing off yardages. It was exceptionally useful when trying to figure out my distance to the greens when at angles on dog-legs. The unit was everything your advertising says...Easy to use and accurate. If you can just find a way to help me with my putting you will have the final piece of the puzzle.

Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with my Golf Guru and the response to course requests that I have made. I received my guru on Friday, September 5,2008. Upon registering my guru I discovered three courses that I sometimes play that were not in the system. I requested two of the courses Friday evening and one Saturday. Today I received three separate e-mails saying that each of the courses had been mapped and were ready to be downloaded. I added them to my list of courses and synched up my guru so that I now have all the courses in my area that I frequently play. I used my guru for the first time this past Tuesday and was very impressed with it. It helped me put the ball pin high on two of the holes from about 160+ yards. That probably wouldn’t have happened without it. I particularly like the way it keeps my score and stats. It is light weight, easy to use, and quite accurate. One of the fellas I played with on Tuesday had a Sky Caddie and I don’t think it comes close to all the features of my guru. Thanks for a great product, Joe Hadley.

Wanted to tell you how pleased I am with my new Guru. Today I took it out for a full test drive. Being able to keep your score, gir, fir and putts on the unit is fantastic and getting the stats at the end of the round is such a great tool. I am so glad I gave up the skycaddie. This thing rocks and I am telling everyone to buy one. Thanks for such a great unit at a great price!
