The Best GPS Golf Device

As Phil75070 on GolfWRX.com rightly points out, there is "no best gps golf device for every customer at this time." In my humble opinion, there will NEVER be a best gps golf device for every user because often the requirements of different users are conflicting. Phil75070 also points out that it took GPS Golf Guru a while to get the mapping software right, but we got there within about 4 months of releasing the first version to our beta testers. The update to this new software was released FREE OF CHARGE to all of existing GPS Golf Guru users.

The GPS Golf Guru software is designed to make it extremely easy for users to upgrade their software: just plug in your GPS Golf Guru, open the Guru Utility and it will ask you if you would like the update. We are committed to continuing to improve our software, our hardware and our web experience, and we make these improvements available as transparently and cost effectively as possible to our existing customers.

As another example of our customer driven continuous improvement and our commitment to our customers, we introduced the Color Guru in September of 2008. This introduction for the GPS Golf Color Guru was driven by requests from golfers for a color version and a version that held more courses. At the same time, we introduced the Color Upgrade Program to our Grayscale Guru users to minimize the cost for those Greyscale users that wanted to move to color.

While we could not afford to offer this free of charge, the program was a real hit with our existing customers ; so much so that it used up most of our supply of color Guru's for several months. This definitely hurt our new Color Guru sales and our margins, but we believe it was the right thing to do for our existing customers, and that is our first priority. If our existing customers are happy, then we feel it will be easier to find new customers and to eventually sell additional products and services to those existing customers.

While there may never be a "best gps golf device" for every golfer, the goal of the Team at GPS Golf Guru is to become the BEST GPS GOLF DEVICE PROVIDER for every golfer in the world, bar none. We understand that this will require disciplined adherence to the principal of customer driven continuous improvement, it will require multiple products, and it will require Assistant Pro Inc. to be consistently profitable. We KNOW that this is achievable, and everything we do is directed toward that goal.

We will make mistakes, but we trust that our customers will see that we will always correct those mistakes and, in spite of our missteps, we are committed to, and are continuously making progress toward better meeting their needs and becoming the best GPS golf device provider for every golf in the world.
